Greetings from Jos!
We are entering our hot season here in Nigeria and I am feeling the desire to nap most afternoons! On the upside it makes trips to the outdoor swimming pool more appealing.
Tim is travelling again. Tomorrow he is off to the UK for a couple of weeks for a training course that we are hoping will be really helpful to him in his new role as Language Programs Director. As it is such a short trip and he will be in training sessions for almost all of it, he is sadly not going to have much time to see people. He is however going to be able to be at his grandmother’s 90th birthday party which is pretty special!
I have quite a busy month coming up with a couple of deadlines looming at the end of March, beginning of April. I have also developed a shoulder issue that is starting to look like a frozen shoulder. It is more irritating than very painful at the moment but I don’t have much of a range of motion so that makes some things quite awkward.
Dan is plugging away at school and has gotten involved in the High School Play, which is going to be Macbeth this year. Ever since he went to his first High School play, when he was 7, he has wanted to be in it. This year he was finally in High School and able to take part! He chose the smallest part that he could (Macbeth’s servant) but we are hoping that he will enjoy the experience.
All for today!
We would really appreciate it if you could take some time to praise God with us and to pray for this next month.
Praise
Dan able to be part of High School Play
Tim able to go for beneficial training
Prayer
That Tim’s time in the UK will go well
That I will be able to keep a good balance between the demands of work and home
That my shoulder will get better
